Salon du Chocolat is the world’s most prestigious chocolate exhibition. Since its inception in 1995 in Paris, France, many enterprises and exhibitors from cocoa bean growing countries, chocolate producers, chocolate manufacturing equipment and dessert manufacturers have gathered together on the show. It can be regarded as the World Cup of chocolate industry.

Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. has been authorized by the French Salon du Chocolat as the show’s exclusive organizer in China. In 2023, the first Salon du Chocolat Shanghai was held concurrently with the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, bringing together more than 60 domestic and foreign chocolate brands from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Venezuela, Singapore and Malaysia. Some Chinese local bean-to-bar chocolate brands also had a spectacular appearance. There were many wonderful activities such as the Global Chocolate Tasting Show, the Chocolate Museum, the Global Choco Village and the Chocolate Art Exhibition of Sanxingdui (Three Star Mound). A total of 150,000+ visitors came to visit the FHC and Salon du Chocolat Shanghai last year.

The 2nd Salon du Chocolat Shanghai will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center （NECC）from November 12 to 14, and it will also join hands with FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show to create a joyous gathering of global chocolate brands. Live events will also be upgraded, and we will create comprehensive activities around chocolate tasting, chocolate application, art chocolate & sculpture show, handmade chocolate demo show and chocolate industry forum, allowing visitors and chocolate lovers to immerse themselves in a professional and dreamy chocolate paradise!
